I am fortunate enough to be in fellowship with a great group of people from the Sudan. They are survivors of the war, and was granted status to be able to live in America. They are called Lost Boys and girls if you are not aware. They have totally gotten a hold of my heart, and serving them and being in community with them has been the greatest blessing of my life. They all of stories that would bring you to your knees in tears, and their story of survival awakens me every day to know that Gods mercies are real, and they are new every morning. My friend Andrea and I are starting a prayer time with two of the Lost girls, Angelina and Martha and I can't wait to see what God has in store.
