Today, Monday July 30th at 10:45am one of Stanford's most beloved Coaches has passed away after a long battle with Leukemia. Bill Walsh was 75 years old, and is survived by his wife and two kids. He had one son die of Leukemia in 2002.
I was lucky enough to be able to see Coach Walsh out on his golf cart watching Spring Ball practice this year. My dad even got to meet him! We will miss his love and devotion to Stanford Football. He made it a better place, and for that we are grateful.
